Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14
days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their
original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or
used items for hygiene reasons. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and
we do not refund the original shipping fee. Please contact us at support@hairtox.com for
return authorization before sending your item back.
